Orders must be prepaid and can be certified funds, wire transfer, credit cards or personal check. However, personal checks take several days to clear and will delay shipment of your order. Orders are sent air freight on Delta whenever possible. Shipping charges can either be estimated and prepaid or sent freight collect and paid upon arrival.
All animals are guaranteed healthy and feeding when shipped. We refuse to send out unhealthy animals, which is why you won't find wild caught stock for sale at Houston Herp Supply. We must be contacted within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time for your shipment if there are any problems with your order. Otherwise we will assume you are satisfied.
